&lt;li&gt;Export an S-parameter file.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Import it into INTERCONNECT.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build a larger photonic circuit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The workflow makes sense, but it often feels like we need a more satisfying answer to a simple question:&lt;/p&gt;
